If its not meant to be a hidden from public knowledge, or intentionally obscure, could you tell me what race/class the Nerevarine was in this instance of Morrowind's history?
To build on this question, did the Nerevarine do anything specific that would be widespread knowledge? (Say, having a million reputation as a result of doing everything single quest possible and being head honcho of everything.)

Hi Yenzilla, welcome to Realmplay.
Can you please rephrase the first sentence? Did you mean in this (forum's) instance of Morrowind history?

Yes, basically, what would the average (decently-informed) person know about him?

The fact that he is Nerevar reborn, and defeated Dagoth Ur, etc., and did a lot of jobs for various people. In this forum's timeline, time starts either before or during the civil war, after the Nerevarine leaves.
If I remember correctly.

Basically, "normal" people haven't got any details on the Nerevarine. As far as I know, the Main Quest of Morrowind is the only thing the Nerevarine has done yet (Orisis may have more info, but she seems to be avoiding contact for a bit).
So basically, whatever character you (or anyone except Orisis) are going to make, the most that character knows about the Nerevarine will simply be "The Superhero Bodybuilder Reincarnated Guy Who Whooped Dagoth Ur's Evil Butt For Good".
Unfortunately, I can't even say what race he was (I'm assuming Dunmer Outlander but I could be wrong). Birthsign unkown, Gender unknown, Major/Minor Skills unkown, Equipment (except for Keening, Sunder and Wraithguard) unknown ect.
He's just going to have to remain a mystery until Orisis revelas it.

I doubt he's going to impact the actual roleplaying, seeing as he's somewhere in Akavir.

Yeah, but it could have some impact on a guy who is playing a character from Akavir.
I wonder where Orisis went. She used to be pretty active...

Homework is getting abundant, see.

If you still have time to post, Orisis should to. The difference between the amount of homework you two have can't be by that large a margin. You should get Orisis to find a few minutes to answer the questions of her own forum members.

The only reason why I have time to post is because I slack off homework and/or multitask, otherwise sneak on in class.
I'll inform her first thing in the morning tomorrow.

One or two minutes? Wouldn't really call that slacking off... For example, I have work to do right now too. Should I be doing it? Yes. Will I still be able to finish it even if I post now? Probably, because a few minutes doesn't really make much of a difference (when I still have several hours to do finish it). For me at least.
Well, I suppose you and Orisis have your own methods, so I won't criticise.
We really do need to get this thread back on track. Hmm... I wonder where my mod went <dashes off to find him>....

"The Superhero Bodybuilder Reincarnated Guy Who Whooped Dagoth Ur's Evil Butt For Good"
Ranger summed it up quite nicely there. Naturally, since tales 'grow in the telling', many people will get different ideas about our Nerevarine. Very few people have actually met him and knew of his quest, so I find it safe to assume that he has so many rumours about him that we don't know anything about our mystery hero. :]

Oh, I was wondering more about things that could be recorded. Namely, if the Nerevarine rose the ranks of the legion, and became the Knight of the Imperial Dragon, or was an Imperial, a character like mine could use that as a point of pride, and say, view other races differently (like "the dunmer needed a legionnaire/imperial to save them").
But I'm assuming, from the answers here, that he didn't do much outside of beat down Dagoth Ur? Then, thanks, that's all I needed.
