Excuse me if this isn't supposed to go here.
But I need to ask, how far am I allowed to go? Reason is, the character I want to create, is my character from Oblivion. Would it be possible to say that he's come to Morrowind from Cyrodil?
And if so, can I bring him as he is? Complete with the stuff he has? By this I mean he has alot of Oblivion specific stuff.
It'd be really appreciated if I got an answer to this so I can create a character.

It's definitely okay to do that. We're not doing a straight game-to-forum port, that point I would like to stress a lot. He can even have something that doesn't exist in either of the games but still makes sense.

If you can keep track of them, and not going to have a whole army of characters. But I'd check with Orisis, just in case.
Otherwise, it sounds reasonable.

Yep. You can certainly create many characters, although it's suggested that you be able to keep track of them all.
